About the artist

Uta Raina is an acrylic painter drawn to the quiet beauty of ordinary places — a trail in late light, a lake at the edge of town, a city street after rain. Working from life and memory, she paints the landscapes, shorelines, and cityscapes of everyday life so that the places we pass without a glance become worth a second look.
